1. Business Manager (10 positions)

Base salary + commission, no upper limit

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Collect and conduct market research in the textile industry; responsible for expanding and maintaining effective channels with clients to achieve company sales targets.

🔹College degree or above, preferably in chemical engineering or textile-related fields; age 25-40; 2-3 years or more of sales-related experience;

🔹Clear career planning and a strong sense of purpose; strong ability to work under pressure.

🔹Work location: Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Fujian, etc.

2. Application Engineers (5 positions)

Annual Salary: 150,000-200,000 RMB

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Assist in business expansion and provide technical application services;

🔹Handle customer complaints and assist in product performance optimization;

🔹Associate degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering, dyeing and finishing, or related fields; familiar with textile printing and dyeing plant processes and the application processes of textile auxiliaries.

🔹Work Location: Zhejiang, Guangdong, and other regions.

3. Foreign Trade Specialist

Base salary + commission, no upper limit

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Responsible for developing and maintaining clients in overseas markets, and achieving business targets;

🔹College diploma or above, English CET-4 or above, able to communicate fluently in English;

🔹Familiar with foreign trade knowledge and product export procedures.

🔹Work location: Qingyuan, Guangdong.

4. Marketing Manager

Annual Salary: 200,000-300,000 RMB

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Responsible for domestic and international market research and analysis, brand marketing, planning, and promotion, etc.; familiar with domestic and international social media promotion and operation, and brand marketing.

🔹Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with domestic and international market conditions, more than 3 years of management experience, experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is preferred;

🔹Proficient in market research, product positioning, and market analysis skills, etc.

🔹Work Location: Qingyuan, Guangdong.

5. Engineer Assistant

9-12k/month

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Develop new products based on new technology/new product development needs;

🔹Write technical documents, patents, articles, etc., and conduct research and tracking of industry technological advancements;

🔹Master's degree or above in Chemistry or related field, proficient in operating laboratory instruments and equipment, with project development experience;

🔹Able to work under pressure, good communication skills, meticulous work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility.

6. Technician

6-8k/month

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Conduct application performance tests on products according to SOPs, record data, and analyze and summarize test results;

🔹Assist the sales and technical service team in providing application technical support to customers.

🔹Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in light chemical engineering, textile engineering, dyeing and finishing, or related fields;

🔹Strong communication skills, strong professional skills, and good at summarizing.

7. Process Engineer

8-12k/month

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Responsible for process optimization and efficiency improvement, problem solving, and anomaly handling;

🔹Responsible for process supervision during production, ensuring "standard implementation," and compiling and managing process documents; establishing production "technical standards";

🔹Under 40 years old, Master's degree or above. Applicants with experience in the textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries industry may have their educational requirement relaxed to a Bachelor's degree.

🔹Work Location: Sihui, Guangdong.

8. Equipment Manager

15-20k/month

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Familiar with chemical equipment knowledge, mechanical equipment principles, etc.;

🔹Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company's equipment and utility systems, ensuring safe and efficient production operation;

🔹College degree or above, under 45 years old, those with manufacturing plant work experience or chemical industry experience are preferred.

🔹Work Location: Sihui, Guangdong.

9. Manufacturing Center Manager Assistant

8-12k/month

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹Oversee and improve the operation of the manufacturing center, including cost reduction and efficiency improvement, cross-departmental collaboration, and talent development implementation;

🔹At least 2 years of experience in performance management/production management/project management in a manufacturing company;

🔹28-35 years old, gender not limited, Bachelor's degree or above, those with a chemistry background are preferred.
