Release time：2024-11-27
Recently, the provincial science and technology conference was held in Guangzhou, and the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award for 2023 was awarded at the conference. Guangdong Honghao Chemical Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou University carried out the industry-university-research cooperation project "Development and Industrial Application of Oriented Structure Anti-fouling Protective Coating Materials" and won the second prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023.
It is understood that Guangdong Honghao Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Fine Chemical Industrial Park of Sihui City. It is a comprehensive national high-tech enterprise with textile auxiliaries as its core, integrating R&D, production, sales and technical services. It has established the Guangdong Textile Printing and Dyeing Auxiliary Agents (Honghao) Engineering Technology Research Center.
In recent years,
Honghao Chemical has attached great importance to cooperation with universities and research institutes,
and has cooperated with Guangzhou University, Guangdong Vocational and Technical College,
Institute of Chemical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc.,
to jointly carry out scientific research projects, cultivate talents, and
promote scientific and technological innovation.
Guangdong Honghao Chemical Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou University carried out an industry-university-research cooperation project "Development and Industrial Application of Oriented Structure Antifouling Protective Coating Materials" and successfully designed and synthesized a series of reactions containing different reactive groups such as allyl and terminal hydroxyl groups. Silicone oil functional molecules. Grafting specific anti-adhesion silicone oil functional molecules into the industrial resin structure synergistically achieves the significant anti-fouling function of the surface layer of the resin coating and the good adhesion function of the bottom layer to various substrates. Through optimization of resin functional group structure and ratio, cross-linking agent structure screening, water-based and blocking structural modifications, anti-fouling and protective functional coating materials have been successfully developed and industrialized, using modified resins for silicone functional molecules. The design and engineering amplification and application of anti-fouling protective coating materials provide key materials and technical support. The technology has reached the international advanced level and achieved significant social and economic benefits.
