Guangdong Honghao Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Honghao Chemical) and Guangzhou Huagong Lean Management Research Center have joined forces to hold a quality-specific lean management launch meeting in the Honghao Chemical office building. This launch meeting is of great significance, marking that Honghao Chemical has taken a solid step on the road to pursuing excellent quality.

01 Join hands with lean and improve quality

  Honghao Chemical has always been adhering to the persistent pursuit of quality. This cooperation with Guangzhou Huagong Lean Management Research Center has further demonstrated its spirit of continuous progress and innovation. We believe that with the joint efforts of both parties, Honghao Chemical will surely achieve more outstanding achievements in quality management and provide customers with better products and services.

The launch meeting started with a splendid opening

  The meeting was chaired by Ms. Pan Chuqi, assistant to the General Manager's Office of Honghao Chemical. At the beginning of the meeting, Manager Zhang Renhui, the leader of Honghao Chemical's quality special lean management team, delivered an important speech. Manager Zhang Renhui of the Quality Department first expressed a warm welcome to the Huagong lean teachers on behalf of the company.

  Then, he elaborated in detail to the company's management on the reasons for introducing Huagong Lean. Manager Zhang pointed out that the company is in a rapid development stage, and the introduction of Huagong quality special lean management and the full-time guidance of the tutors are crucial to the company's development. Manager Zhang put forward three earnest demands for all employees:

01 Strengthen quality improvement management

  In the process of rapid development, quality has always been the core competitiveness of the enterprise. By strengthening quality improvement management, every employee will deeply realize the importance of quality, so as to always maintain a high level of quality management awareness at work.

02 Improve efficiency and improve the pass rate

  Efficiency and pass rate are key indicators for enterprise development. Under the promotion of quality-specific lean management, by optimizing production processes, improving work efficiency, strictly controlling product quality, and improving product pass rate, greater value can be created for the enterprise.

03 Full participation, improve quality awareness

  Quality management is not just the responsibility of a certain department or a certain person, but requires the participation of all employees. Every employee should actively participate in quality management, starting from himself, from every detail, constantly improve quality awareness, and work together to improve the quality of the company's products.

02 Speech by the Lean Project Director of SJTU

During the meeting, Mr. Wang Ye, the project director of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, made a humorous speech. He mentioned that someone had mistakenly written "Huazhong University of Science and Technology Lean" as "Chemical Lean", and today he is truly connected with Chemical Lean. Mr. Wang introduced that Huazhong University of Science and Technology's on-site model is different from other consulting companies. It adopts "on-site + coaching + nanny style", and provides full-time follow-up guidance, giving enterprises "fish" and teaching them "how to fish".

03 Project progress introduction

During the meeting, Mr. Tang Shulin, the Lean Manager of HUST in Honghao Chemical, introduced the progress of the project. Based on the actual situation of Honghao Chemical, the quality-specific lean management project was introduced step by step, starting from customer complaints, incoming materials, process control, delivery quality and abnormal handling procedures, as well as the "three inspections" and "three no's" of quality management, to effectively implement efficient execution, improve quality, and jointly establish a quality-specific lean management system exclusive to Honghao Chemical.

Optimize the job responsibilities of the quality control team, and improve morale through morning meetings and quality weekly and monthly meetings.

After the meeting, the heads of the various management teams of the lean management group talked about the confusion and needs they faced in quality management work, and solemnly promised to actively participate in the project.

05 Manager Zhang’s summary and requirements

After the oath, Manager Zhang summarized the special quality launch meeting and made clear requirements to the management team:

1. Each member must actively participate in the project and give full play to their own role.

2. Work together to promote the implementation of the project and jointly solve existing quality problems. Be brave to face the problem, do not avoid or retreat.
