Features & Benefits
1.The product has a good lifting force, can greatly improve the water washing fastness, sweat fastness, chlorine resistance and so on of the fabric after fixing;
2.It has good acid resistance, and does not need to be adjusted when used, which is conducive to chemical operation;
3.Good simultaneous solubility reduces the probability of solid color spots and is suitable for dyeing without liquid discharge process.
Applied Range
This product is suitable for the fixing treatment of wool, nylon (polyester), silk, leather and other dyed fibers with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes).
Usage & Dosage
1.Process 1: Impregnation method
Central color series	1~2% (o.w.f)
Dark color	3 to 5% (o.w.f)
Bathing ratio	1:10~15
Temperature & Time	80℃×20min (temperature and time can be adjusted according to the customer's laboratory plate situation)
The specific amount should be adjusted by the user according to the sample.
2.Process 2: impregnation and rolling method
Usage	10-30g/L (can be adjusted according to the depth)
Precautions
Do not use with cationic additives.
Packaging & Storage
125kg/ barrel, sealed at room temperature. It is recommended to use it within 2-3 months after opening. The appearance will gradually become red and deep with the storage time, and the viscosity will increase.
