Papua New Guinea Wet rubbing fastness improving agent HT-866C
This product is a wet friction agent with broad applicability to various fabric types, including cotton fabrics, printed fabrics, blended fabrics, and denim. After using this product, the wet rubbing fastness of the fabric can be improved by 1-2 grades or higher compared to the original grade.

| Features and Advantages |
| 1. It is formaldehyde-free and APEO-free, is complaint with the bluesign standard; |
| 2. Used for color fixing after dyeing cellulose fibers; it effectively improves wet rubbing fastness by 1-2 grades, reaching grade 3 or higher; |
| 3. Easy to use, simply dilute with water; |
| 4. Can be used in the same bath with silicone oil and softener; |
| 5. Wide applicability, suitable for various fabrics, with significant improvement in all cases. |
| Usage and Dosage | |
| Depending on the type and concentration of the dye used, and the type and form of the fabric being treated, the usage is as follows: | |
| 1. Padding | |
| Dosage | 30-50 g/L; |
| Process | Dyed fabric (PH≤7) → One dip and one pad (water retention: 80-85%) → Drying |
| 2. Exhaust (only for garment washing) | |
| Dosage | 3-5% (o.w.f.) of this product (adjusted according to the depth of color) |
| Bath ratio | 1:10-20 |
| Process | Dyed fabric (PH≤7) → Dipping (room temperature, time: 15-20 min) → Drying |
| 3. Spraying | |
| Dosage | 80-200g/L; |
| Process | Dyed fabric (pH≤7) → Spraying → Drying |
| Precautions |
| 1.Prepared solution should be used immediately.Please test before using.The above process is for reference only. |
| 2.Can’t be used with anionic agent. |
| 3.Try not to use in the same bath with the fixer. If must be, be sure to do a compatibility test before production. |
| 4.The working liquid can achieve the best performance at 25℃ to room temperature. |
| 5.Please clean up the alkali (pH ≦7), salt and soaping agent of the fabric before using wet rubbing fastness improving agent. |
| 6.Please clear away foaming or groove and change the working liquid because it will have a lot of foam when it use for a long time. |
