Papua New Guinea Acid thickener HT-912G
This product is a compound of various surfactants. It has excellent thickening effect in strong acid systems and can effectively solubilize fragrances. It is widely used in the formulation of toilet cleaners, rust removers and other products. With the addition of thickeners, it becomes a viscous fluid, which improves the adhesion of the cleaning agent to smooth sanitary ware surfaces and allows it to stay on dirty vertical surfaces for a longer time, achieving good cleaning results while avoiding damage caused by acid splashes.

| Operating Instructions: First, prepare a 1% aqueous solution of the pigment. Add the measured amount of water to a mixing bowl, turn on the mixer, then add hydrochloric acid and stir until homogeneous. Next, add the thickener and stir for 5 minutes. Then add an appropriate amount of the pigment aqueous solution and stir until homogeneous. If fragrance is to be added, add the fragrance last (stirring for a longer time until transparent) and stir until transparent. | |
| Precautions |
| 1. The thickener itself is a compound of multiple surfactants; no other surfactants need to be added, otherwise it may cause product instability. |
| 2. The viscosity of the flavored product needs a longer time (1 day) to gradually increase, which will not affect filling. |
| Packaging and Storage | 125kg/plastic drum (or as needed), store sealed at room temperature, shelf life 12 months. |
