This product is a color-fixing agent for fibers such as wool, nylon, silk, and leather dyed with anionic dyes (acid dyes, metal complex dyes). After treatment, the dyed fabric exhibits significantly improved wash fastness, perspiration fastness, and chlorine fastness. It also does not contain prohibited substances such as bisphenol A/bisphenol S, making it an environmentally friendly acidic color-fixing agent.

Characteristics and Advantages

1. The product has good colorfastness, greatly improving the wash fastness, immersion fastness, water fastness, and seawater fastness of the fabric after color fixing.

2. No acid adjustment is required during use, facilitating chemical processing. Color fixing can be performed at low temperatures; excellent fastness can be obtained at 40-55℃.

3. Minimal impact on color and hand feel; suitable for both dyeing and printing.

4. For color fastness repair and reinforcement of printed fabrics, it can be used with a double-fixation method (yin-yang double-fixation) or a pad-drying method on a setting machine.

Applications

1. Color fixing treatment for acid dye printing on nylon fabrics.

2. Color fixing of silk fabrics.

Usage and Dosage
1. Immersion Method
Dye fixation for printed fabrics	4-10%
Process	Treat at 40-55℃ for 10-20 minutes, then dry or bake.
2. Pad Method
Dye fixation for printed fabrics	4-10 g/L
Process	Treat at 40-55℃ for 5-10 minutes, then set and dry at 120-140℃.
